Outdoor Log Cultivation 101
This is a 5 hour workshop where you will tour MoonFruit Mushroom Farm, learn about the entire process of cultivation from spawn to fruit, practice our inoculation techniques, and have a delicious meal featuring our shiitake and furikake. We will share our learnings and challenges of growing on logs and why it’s important to us to farm this way.
